Raute women are deprived from learning Nepali language

Basanti Maharjan, January 28, 2016 (Dcnepal) – It is the program Khoj Khabar broadcasts from Sagarmatha TV. Today the program talks about the trouble and suffering of Raute community that have been living life wandering in Mid-Western development Region.

Raute community is the rare caste that doesn’t like to stay in one place permanently. Nowadays women and children of the same Raute community are compelled to live very hard and troubling life. Almost all the works inside the home and outside the home too had to do by women.

To cook food, look after the children, fetching water and also to manage timber woods as well as to manage the bamboo to tilt in the new places where they have shifted, all these works are given as responsibility to the women in Raute Community.
