That means that all Libyan women either have to travel abroad and buy their underwear or go naked either way they are against the law by this Mufti… oh I enjoy the new laws of Free Libya its easier to rape the women now…. you do not need to rip their panties off…… hahahahaha sorry I can not stop laughing I find it hilarious this law.

I have to apologize to the women as I can not understand their point of view but this Mufti has taken the women back to the ancient times at least they will not have to wash their underwear (hahaha) sorry again can not stop myself from making jokes.

The Mufti should also forbid the underwear for men that would mean democracy in the NEW FREE LIBYA.
