This clip captures the moment a man has a large thick pole inserted through his face.
In the disturbing video the man is dressed in shorts and a t-shirt emblazoned with the letters OMG - short for Oh My God - and never has a phrase been more apt.
The man looks nervous and is bouncing up and down as his arm and shoulder are held by another guy.
He is approached by a man holding the tip of the pole, which is then inserted.
Pain: The pole is held by around a dozen people
The man looks in pain as the pole, which gradually gets thicker is inserted through his mouth and out the side of his cheek.
The pole, estimated at around 10ft long, is held by half a dozen men as others look on.
Thick: The pole gets larger as it goes in
It is not known where in the world the footage was recorded, but it was believed to be part of a celebration ritual.
