To address public complaints regarding government service delivery, the western regional administration office Pokhara has set up a Hello Sarkar Desk section. Chief Secretary Somlal Subedi inaugurated the desk today. The concept of Hello Sarkar started by former Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai has been expanded to the regional level by the Cabinet. Western regional Administrator Shankar Prasad Koirala said they had set up the desk in Pokhara as a part of the government’s initiative to expand the concept to all five regions. Anyone can dial 1111 and can voice his/her complaint.
